Sign of the day, June 10

I have no idea ...

I found this on the main road near the Northern Ireland University-Galway campus. Maybe it refers to this? I don't know and neither does anyone I've asked so far. It might refer to a new engineering building that also has science courses in it. But nothing concrete yet. Will update with any new information.
